HOW DOES THIS WORK?
At the time of enrollment, we will discuss your goals, and preferences, which will help us to design the meal plan right for you. Deliveries can begin as early as the week of your enrollment.
HOW DO MY MEALS ARRIVE?
Your meals will be delivered in a soft cooler bag with a secured temporary seal right to your predetermined delivery location. Meals are packaged in microwave, dishwasher and freezer safe tupperware or recyclable, food safe plastic containers, depending on your meal plan. Menus include the appropriate heating instructions.
WHEN DO MY MEALS ARRIVE?
Meals are delivered Mondays and Wednesdays before 6pm. In the event of holidays or long weekends, we will contact you with any delivery day adjustments.
WHAT DO I DO WITH MY EMPTY COOLER BAGS AND TUPPERWARE?
Please wash your empty tupperware or ceramic dishes, place them in your empty cooler bags and set them out at your delivery location prior to the next delivery day. They will be collected at the time of your next delivery.
WHAT IF I DO NOT RETURN MY COOLER BAG OR TUPPERWARE?
An $80 deposit will be taken upon enrollment. This will secure the cooler bags and tupperware for the duration of your program. The deposit will be returned to you upon service cancellation, provided all bags and dishes are returned. You may keep the bags, should you desire, at a purchase price of $30 per cooler bag. Any tupperware not returned will be considered a purchase at $6.00 per unit, ceramic dishes at $12.00 per dish.
WHAT IF I NEED TO STOP MY PROGRAM?
You may place a hold on your program at any time, whether you are away or just taking a break. You may cancel your program at any time. We require 5 days notice prior to a cancellation or hold date. A minimum charge applies, should we not receive the full 5 days notice.
WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED?
Tax, unfortunately. Our service is subject to HST.
HOW ARE PAYMENTS MADE?
At this time, payments are acceptable by credit card (visa & mastercard), cheque or email money transfer. Payments are to be made out to: Say-She-Ate
