While other cooking classes teach only recipes, my classes are all about the essential skills that will set you up for a lifetime of cooking with confidence – stuff you can’t learn in any cookbook. Monday June 23rd - 6:30pm-9:00pm Cooking 101, Part 1:
Knife Skills & Perfectly Juicy Chicken

In this Class:

  • Sharpen up your knife skills. I’m going to show you how to slice and dice like a Chef.
  • How to Cook Perfectly Juicy & Succulent Chicken. Say goodbye to yucky, dried out chicken. You’ll be wowed with my secret tips. 
  • Your Mealtime Creation: BBQ Spiced Chicken Breasts, Herb & Garlic Baby New Potatoes, Vegetable Extravaganza 

Monday July 14th 6:30-9:00pm - Cooking 101, Part 2:
Seasoning Like A Pro & Succulent Steaks 

In this Class:

  • Say goodbye to bland and boring. You'll be seasoning like the experts. 
  • Your Mealtime Creation: Oven Broiled Peppercorn Crusted Striploin Steaks, Sweet Potato Mash, Lemony Green Beans with Feta & Almonds 

Monday August 11th – Cooking 101, Part 3:
Searing, Salads & Fantastic Fish

In this Class:

  • Fish not an ultimate favourite? It will be now. You’ll create melt in your mouth fish by following my simple strategy.
  • Vivacious Vinaigrettes and Salads from Scratch – My secret weapon for transforming leftovers into magnificent meals in minutes. 
  • Your Mealtime Creation: Simple Spice Crusted Salmon & Herbed Tilapia, Hardy Spinach Salad with Baby New Potatoes, Green Beans, Boiled Eggs & Homemade Vinaigrette

Gather around my dinner table with new friends in the Say-She-Ate Cooking Studio for a night of culinary fun. You’ll adore this unique kitchen setting and my small class sizes (2-8), which keeping the evening intimate and personable. Each class includes:
